Opt-In Information (The MessageDesk Chatbots & Forms has automatic SMS opt-in)

“By checking this box you are agreeing to receive automated marketing messages from The MacWhisperer. You may receive up to 10 messages/month. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.”
Privacy Policy requirements
Every business is required to have a published privacy policy, which must state:
- What contact information your organization collects
- How your organization collects that information
- How your organization uses and shares any information collected
- Explain how your organization protects contact data
- Instructions for how to opt-out of SMS
The opt-in call to action must include a complete privacy policy or a link to it.
Other info that may or may not be helpful
- The terms and conditions are different: they set the guidelines for you and your users, while the privacy policy relates to how user data is collected and handled.
